We advertise properties in the Pioneer Shopper, The college Journal, Southern Utah’s Daily News and our Web Site which has an updated rental list.

We investigate all prospective renters and prepare and execute contracts.

Inspections of rental properties are done regularly by walk-throughs and drive-bys.

Maintenance requests and complaints are followed up immediately which allows accessibility to the properties on a consistent basis.

All rents are collected by the 5th of each month and disbursed by the 15th.
