About Us

Steve Corry Property management is the surviving corporation of a real estate company formed in 1939 by Elias Moroni Corry. The name of the company at that time was E.M. Corry & Sons. As the management and ownership of the company was passed on to Elwood J. Corry (E.M.'s Son) the name was changed to Cedar Real Estate Co. It continued to operate under this name until 1978 after Steve Corry (Elwood's Son) had returned to Cedar City to assume responsibility for the family business.

Steve Corry purchased the Realty World Franchise and the name of the company became Realty World Corry's. The company successfully operated as a franchise for the 10 year franchise period. Upon the completion of this 10 year commitment to the Realty World Franchise, Steve decided to return to the independent status and build the business with emphasis on property management. So the name was changed again to Steve Corry Real Estate.

After working with Linda Steed on a cooperative basis for over six years and building the property management arm of the business, Steve and Linda decided to join forces. Upon Steve Corry's retirementIn 2007, Linda purchased the company and the name was changed to Steed-Corry Property Management.

Linda has over 10 years of property management and real estate experience. Very well known to Cedar City as the person to call for a rental or to manage your properties. Her hard work and determination is a plus to her success and she has a personality that you can't beat. Always willing to go the extra step.

She has an assistant, Loydine Zeigler, who has worked with her for 3 years. Together they have managed over 250 properties both commercial and residential. Have worked with Cedar Housing Authority, Chrysalis Enterprises and Southern Utah University.

Our mission is to provide Cedar City and Iron County with a Professionally Operated Property Management Company using the best resources available including a beautiful new office building with qualified personnel and the best hardware and software available for our company.
